Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Vachagan, we hand pack and ship your order with care. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and determined by your location and order size. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to ship.

At this time we do not offer international shipping through our website. If you are interested in ordering from outside the United States, please email us at shopvachagan@gmail.com.

Return Policy

We champion the unique quality of our bags and honor the handmade traces that live in every piece we create. As a small family business, our bags are a labor of love, and we put a great deal of effort into creating unique pieces that we hope our customers will love. However, we understand that things don't always turn out as planned. If you are not happy with your purchase, your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also be required to present your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at shopvachagan@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund amounts are applied only to returned products, and do not cover any original shipping fees or return shipping fees incurred by the customer.

Refunds

If approved for a refund, your original payment method will automatically be refunded. Please allow for some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
